Listed below is our refund/exchange policy, shipping policy and legal terms.

REFUND/EXCHANCE POLICY

We understand that customers may not always receive a product as expected or change their mind after purchasing and item. However, unfortunately, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchange at the moment unless you receive a faulty item with defects. Please take note that this is at our discretion and we reserve the right to refuse a faulty product back if we believe it is reasonable to do so.

Once an order has been placed, we do not offer any cancellations. All orders are placed with your consent, therefore, we advise you to read all product descriptions, size charts as well as see all the pictures carefully before placing an order.

PRE ORDERS: We cannot cancel pre orders if you change your mind later.

We deliver to UK, Europe, Canada, Canada, UAE & Australia.

All UK/local orders dispatched via Royal Mail Signed For services.

You can track your order via the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery Times & Charges

We calculate delivery charges based on the item's total weight/quantity of a customer’s order through Royal Mail


Second Class Delivery: 3-5 days - £4.55

1-2kg (2 items approx.) for £4.55

First Class Delivery: 1-3 days - £5.55 

1-2kg (2 items approx.) for £7

International Delivery

This is calculated by the weight of the parcel (prices starting)

We currently use Evri International as our worldwide courier.

USA Signed & Tracked Delivery - £25*

*Subject to the weight off the parcel. Prices are indicative. The more items you add to the basket, the postage may increase due to weight.

(Delivery times are indicative. While we ensure your order is sent off and dispatched immediately, it is the courier's responsibility if there is any other delay. Please keep patient if you face delays)

If you place an order via Special Next Day Delivery, please bear in mind the order will be posted the next working day.

For example, an order placed for next day delivery on Monday will be posted on Tuesday, which you should receive guaranteed for Wednesday.

Orders placed on Friday or the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.*

We DO NOT post on the weekends, bank holidays and national holidays.

Policy

Although, unlikely, should you not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us for proof of postage/tracking. Shahee Libaas will not be held responsible for any missing/lost parcel. However, proof of delivery can be requested from us in the event of an undelivered parcel. If the parcel has been lost/undelivered you can claim your money back through Royal Mail with the proof of postage receipt.

 

We do not take responsibility for any customs/duty/tax to be paid for international or European orders. Customs have the right to open parcels and charge customs which will be passed onto you. If customs/any charges have not been paid, the parcel will be returned back to us and we will offer you a refund of the item.

Customs/Duty is your respective country's policy and we do not hold responsibility for any additional charges from the courier company. We are not liable to pay this amount.

​

Please note: Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided, therefore, we do not accept responsibility if the delivery address is provided incorrectly by you or is lost in transit.
